Sai Sudharsan's sensational knock in the IPL 2023 final between Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings may not have resulted in a win for GT, but his skills and calmness once again put the spotlight on him as one of the batters who could go on to don the India jersey.

Sudharsan smashed 96 off just 47 balls to take Gujarat to a commanding 214/4 in the IPL final against CSK in Ahmedabad on Monday, but Chennai managed to overhaul the revised target of 171 in 15 overs in the rain-hit game off the last ball to clinch their fifth title.
