Crusaders unveil 125th anniversary kits ahead of Irish Cup final outing

Crusaders have unveiled their brand new kits, which will commemorate the club's 125th anniversary.

Pro:Direct Soccer have replaced Hummel as kit suppliers have produced a red and black striped home kit that tie’s into the adidas brand, including a specially designed one-off gold crest to commemorate the club’s 125th year,

The away kit is a slick black and gold version, again incorporating the bespoke gold crest.

“We are absolutely delighted with our two special kits from adidas," said Crusaders chairman, Ronnie Millar .

"Having a premium brand and a partner in Pro:Direct Soccer is very exciting. I hope our supporters like the jersey’s and special anniversary crest.”

Both kits will be emblazoned with the club’s new official sponsor, BoyleSports.

In a deal signed earlier this year, Ireland’s largest independent bookmaker, agreed a minimum three-year deal to sponsor the club, kicking off with the 2023/24 season.

BoyleSports sponsors numerous sporting fixtures and is also official sponsor of Newcastle United Football Club and principal partner of Birmingham City Football Club and Coventry City Football Club.

“We are delighted to be principle partners of Crusader’s FC at such an important moment in their history," said Sharon McHugh, Head of Sponsorship & PR, BoyleSports.

"Both jersey’s have been wonderfully designed to commemorate a very long and successful 125 years and we are especially proud to be able to celebrate this milestone with the club.

“BoyleSports now has 45 retail stores in Northern Ireland and is continuing to grow.

"A passionate, community-based team with big aspirations like Crusaders is not only a perfect fit for our brand, but it reinforces our long–term commitment to Northern Ireland.”

The partnership will see updated BoyleSports branding on site at Seaview and the brand’s logo present across all of the club’s official kits (excluding children’s), across all teams.

The home jersey will be worn for the first time by the men’s team in the Irish Cup Final against Ballymena United on Sunday 7th May.

The new 2023/24 Home and Away jerseys will be available now for pre-order via the Club’s online superstore here
