Crude Prices Sharply Lower as Israel May Not Strike Iranian Oil Sites

Nov WTI crude oil (CLX24) Tuesday closed down -3.25 (-4.40%), and Nov RBOB gasoline (RBX24) closed down -7.09 (-3.36%).

Crude oil and gasoline prices Tuesday sold off sharply, with crude falling to a 2-week low and gasoline sliding to a 1-1/2 week low. Crude prices tumbled Tuesday on a report that said Israel may avoid targeting Iran's crude infrastructure when it retaliates against Iran for its October 1 missile attack on Israel.
