Crude Prices Gain on a Bullish Weekly EIA Report

October WTI crude oil (CLV23) this morning is up +0.23 (+0.25%), and Oct RBOB gasoline (RBV23) is down -1.15 (-0.43%).

Oct WTI crude oil prices this morning are mixed, with gasoline falling to a 1-week low. A weaker dollar today is supportive of energy prices. Also, crude prices are underpinned by expectations for a tight supply outlook through year-end. Crude raced to its highs on a bullish weekly EIA inventory report this morning. Global economic concerns limited gains in crude and pushed gasoline prices lower.
