Crude Prices Gain as Talks Continue to Reopen the Strait of Hormuz

September WTI crude oil (CLU26) is up +0.76 (+0.98%) today, and September RBOB gasoline (RBU26) is up +0.0542 (+1.84%).

Crude oil and gasoline prices are moving higher today, supported by a decline in the dollar ($DXY) to a 7-week low. Also, uncertainty regarding a proposed plan by Iran and Oman to reopen the Strait of Hormuz is boosting crude prices.
