Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo has shared a video of him stripping down to recover from a gruelling training session in Dubai just days before his 37th birthday.
The Portuguese striker has been making the most of the Premier League's winter break with his family.
But the United talisman hasn't completely stopped working on his trip overseas.
Ronaldo shared a clip on his instagram of him stripping down for a 'recovery' session in a cryotherapy room during his stint in the Middle East.
The veteran donned a facemask, gloves and a headband as he entered the pod located at the state-of-the-art training facility after a big training session.

It was revealed back in October that Ronaldo had spent north of £50,000 to have his own cryotherapy chamber flown over from Italy to keep himself ticking over in the wake of the Premier League's gruelling schedule.
The icy chamber can drop to temperatures below -200C and is renowned for helping to decrease fatigue as well as aiding any ailments.
With the Premier League pausing for a fortnight, a host of stars have jetted off around the globe to unwind ahead of a return to action next weekend.
Some will be return to action sooner with the FA Cup set to resume this weekend.
Ronaldo and a host of other United stars, including Jesse Lingard and Paul Pogba, used the break to jet off to the luxurious Nad Al-Sheba training complex.
And it could hardly have come at a better time for the United talisman, who had endured a rotten few weeks just prior to the break.
Ronaldo came under fire for his petulant reaction to being substituted in the win over Brentford last month before he appeared to take a swipe at some of his younger team-mates in an open and frank interview.
But the former Real Madrid and Juventus man is clearly keen to put that behind him and get back to action.
After training alongside his son in the Gulf State, Ronaldo reported for training two days early, according to the Manchester Evening News.
And after failing to net so far in 2022, Ronaldo will be hoping that the extra work he's put in over the past couple of weeks in Dubai can help him end his mini-drought.
While Ronaldo may be returning to action in a better frame of mind, Ralf Rangnick could be set for another headache with Lingard.
The interim United chief had claimed before this weekend's FA Cup clash that Lingard had been given time off to "clear his mind" after the club blocked a deadline day exit.
But Lingard has disputed that claim and fired back with a social media post saying: “The club advised me to have time off due to personal reasons!
“But my headspace is clear and I’ll always be professional when called upon and give 100 percent.”
