Criminals have struck again at another luxury home on the same country lane where just four months ago a terrifying burglary was committed. Intruders got into a property last week and escaped with a haul of designer items.
The incident was on Warford Hall Drive in Great Warford, Alderley Edge. In April an armed gang of four masked men struck at another home on the same road stealing cash and gems and threatening the owner.
The latest break-in was between 10pm on Wednesday August 17th and 5,45am on August 18th. In a statement Cheshire Constabulary said: "Once inside the address, a number of high value items were stolen, including, a Swarovski riding helmet and a number of designer shoes. Officers are now appealing to anyone with information to come forward."

PC Mark Stringer said: “Home is where someone should feel the safest but when a burglar strikes, it no longer feels a safe place. I want to reassure the local community that enquiries in relation to this incident are ongoing and that we are committed to ensuring those responsible are brought to justice.
“As part of our enquiries we are appealing to anyone who may have CCTV or dashcam footage from the Warford Hall area at the time of the incident to contact us. The same goes to anyone who may have witnessed anything or may have information that they believe could assist in our investigation.”
Some of the items stolen were: A Swarovski riding helmet; Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 38 trainers; Gucci Slides for Women; Bottega Veneta Lido Flat Sandal; Mythersa Slides for Women and Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 'Ash Stone' trainers.
At 9.40pm on April 27th a gang of four masked raiders carried out a terrifying burglary at a luxury home on the same road. Dressed all in the black and armed with an axe and knife.
Police said a male owner of the house was badly affected by the early morning raid. They are appealing for witnesses after gems, cash, and watches were stolen. A number of watches were stolen including ones made by Patek Philppe, Audemar Piguet and Rolex. Other items of jewellery snatched included a diamond pendant and a diamond ring. About £2,000 in cash was also taken.
The incident took place on Warford Hall Drive, a winding lane, in Great Warford, close to the 11-bedroom country mansion, Warford Hall, where Real Housewives of Cheshire star Dawn Ward and footballer husband, Ashley, once lived.
