Crews spent nearly two hours searching for a struggling swimmer. It was probably a seal

What started as a rescue mission for a swimmer reportedly in trouble this morning ended up most likely being an animal in its natural habitat.

Emergency services rushed out on the water at the Terrigal Haven boat ramp about 9am on Friday, August 28 after a call from a member of the public about a potential missing swimmer.
