A super-creative Larkhall mum has struck gold once again with another amazing Halloween costume.
This time Kim Gardiner, who went viral last week for her son Cole's Invisible Man illusion costume, has turned his brother Cade into a gold 'Most Valuable Player' football trophy.
The eight-year-old has been decked head to toe in gold paint and stands motionless on the trophy base, which is inscribed with All Star MVP Cade Gardiner.
It is another genius creation from talented mum Kim, a make-up artist and salon owner.
Just last week Kim's Invisible Man get-up, which took her weeks to create, garnered thousands of likes, views and comments online - with son Cade's trophy outfit now also causing a huge stir and people marking her costume-making skills a solid 10 out of 10.
Kim said: "I come up with the ideas for costumes but ultimately it's up to the boys if they like it or not. Thankfully football-loving Cade loved this one just as much as Cole loved the Invisible Man.
"It's fair to say it's been a rather hectic few weeks of costume making and sourcing materials but we're delighted with how Cade's costume has turned out.
"I think it will be a great laugh tonight when he chaps doors for trick or treating and then has to stand there still as a statue!"
Craigbank Primary School pupil Cade has previously dressed as a toy soldier with brother Cole, Still Game's Jack and Victor and the famous Home Alone bandits. Their youngest brother Crue, 3, will don his Iron Man costume tonight!
