A woman has died after falling ill at the popular Creamfields music festival, it has been confirmed.
The unnamed 25-year-old from South Wales fell ill on the Friday of the four-day dance event and died four days later at Warrington District General Hospital, despite the efforts of doctors.
Cheshire Police confirmed her next of kin have been informed and an investigation into her death is underway, although the circumstances are not thought to be suspicious.
