'Craziest experience': Trump adviser, Dallas dog walker rescued from Middle East on private jet while thousands stranded amid Iran crisis

While tens of thousands of Americans are stranded in Middle East countries and the US asked them to immediately leave those countries, though the airports are closed, an elite group of influencers and one Trump adviser were rescued on a private jet with the direct assistance from the White House. The group included Trump adviser Alex Bruesewitz, famous dog walker Sarah Gaither and former lobbyist Jay Footlik. According to reports, a group of six managed to flee on a plane.

The group flew to Greece as Bruesewittz used his White House connection and also his contacts in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

"This has easily been the craziest experience of my life," Bruesewitz told Politico."I’m grateful for all of the people who played a role in getting us out of the active war zone and to safety. I can’t wait to get back to the USA, the greatest country in the world!"

On his social media, Bruesewitz narrated the ordeal of witnessing Iranian missiles flying directly over his head. "For those who may not know, I happened to be traveling through the Middle East just as the Iranian attacks erupted, leaving me stranded amid the chaos. The past 72 hours have been utterly surreal, like nothing I've ever experienced before. Iranian missiles were flying directly over my head. Here's a video I captured on the second night of the attacks," he wrote, adding that he got help from White House Deputy Chief of Staff James Blair and Congresswoman Anna Paulina and also US ambassador to Greece Kimberley Guilfoyle.

Who is the Dallas dog walker?

Gaither is an influencer by the name Dallas dog walker and she documents her daily rounds with the city's dogs. Sources close to Bruesewitz told the Daily Beast that Gaither had been traveling back to the US after a safari in Africa. During a layover in Doha, she found herself trapped. After TikToks about her plight went viral in the early hours of Monday morning, Bruesewitz contacted her to offer her a seat on the aircraft.

The Daily Beast report added that Bruesewitz was also using his connections to evacuate Americans stranded in the Middle East.

The State Department has now urged Americans to immediately depart from 16 countries and territories, including Israel, Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lebanon, and Iran using available commercial transportation.
