Craig Doyle has made an announcement on his position at ITV's This Morning. The presenter has stepped in to host the broadcaster's daytime flagship show alongside Holly Willoughby following Phillip Schofield's exit from the programme.
Phillip sensationally quit his role as This Morning host after reports of a rift with Holly on Saturday, May 20, but later admitted to an affair with a younger colleague and quit ITV completely on Friday, May 26.
Holly and Phil's last show together aired on Thursday, May 18, and following a two-week break, Holly returned to present alongside Josie Gibson before the "baton" was passed onto Dermot O'Leary for two weeks.
