“Rip-off” prices at petrol stations and unfair car insurance fees will face a crackdown under Labour, Louise Haigh has said.
The shadow transport secretary also pledged to deliver cross-Pennine railway connection Northern Powerhouse Rail within Labour’s “fiscal rules”.
