The Eagles' “Tush Push” QB sneak is one of the most unstoppable plays in the league, as it seems like they convert every short-yardage situation. Philadelphia’s success with the play has been so dominant, that some have called for the league to ban it.
However, as more teams have tried to execute the play, it’s become clear that the Eagles are just the best at it. Cowboys pass rusher Micah Parsons said it would be a bad idea to ban a play just because the Eagles are great at it.
“I honestly just think they have the team to do the Tush Push,” Parsons said, via Bleacher Report. “We stopped [New] England, when they tried to do the same thing to us, it’s all about who you have. The Eagles have the best o-line in the game, so yes it’s a cheat code, they’re unstoppable at it.”

Parsons not only gave the Eagles’ offensive line a shoutout, he also credited Jalen Hurts for being so strong as to make that play so tough to stop. Therefore, Parsons said its up to them to try and stop the play, not the league.
“We just have to deal with it, we have to adjust, we have to prepare to stop it,” Parsons said. “It’s not up to the league to say, ‘Hey, just because you can’t stop it, we have to take it away.’ No, we have to get better, we have to get stronger up front and we have to stop it.”
In fact, Parsons called the idea of wanting the NFL to ban the play “sucker-ish,” as it is up to them to figure out how to finally stop it. With other teams struggling to execute this kind of QB sneak successfully, the Eagles will continue to prove how unique they are at it.
