The Cowboys will be without wide receiver James Washington for six to 10 weeks after he suffered a fractured right foot Monday at training camp in Oxnard, Calif., according to ESPN’s Todd Archer.
Washington was carted off the field after going up to catch a downfield pass, landing hard and hopping on one leg. He ultimately fell back on the ground to receive medical attention.
The 26-year-old Washington is scheduled to undergo surgery on Tuesday in Dallas, Archer reported.
