CHANDIGARH: The third wave of Covid-19 appears to be inching towards the end in Punjab if several districts reporting zero cases on a daily basis is an indicator, despite a notable number of tests being conducted there.
The trend assumes significance as it quelled the apprehensions of the possible rise in cases in the state that went to the polls recently. During the past two months, Punjab witnessed intense elections-related activities by all political parties on 117 constituencies across the state.
