The new owner of Argyll Holidays has become the UK’s fifth largest caravan park operator after acquiring the Elms in Lincoln.
Cove UK purchased the Lincoln site from an international operator for an undisclosed sum.
The Elms was transformed over five decades into an award-winning residential site for the over 50s by John Kinch and his son, Stuart.
