Court rejects challenge to golf course redevelopment

A public servant and a native title holder have lost a bid to stop mature trees on the doorstep of a city centre being felled to revitalise a golf course.

Edwin Kemp Attrill and Kaurna Arabana woman Janette Milera brought the legal action against the South Australian government in June.
