A couple have claimed that they will not send their son to school unless he can attend lessons without wearing a face mask.
Mark and Catrina Cowie, whose son, aged 12, has only been to school for just half an hour this term, are among parents who are demanding that the requirement for secondary pupils and staff to wear masks is removed as Covid-19 cases fall.
As it stands, rules on mask-wearing in Welsh schools will remain in place until at least February half-term, North Wales Live reports.
