A couple have shared how they manage to spend less than £25 on bills as they carve out a life living off-grid in the woods.

Matthew Plumb was already living out of the back of his van when he met his girlfriend Lauren Youngs at a music festival eight years ago.

The 43-year-old has been passionate about the outdoors and sustainable living for most of his adult life.
