Couple launch judicial review over 'unfair' takeover of Hampstead Heath cafes

A husband-and-wife team who currently run three of four cafés in north London are seeking a judicial review over a decision to replace them.

In December, the City of London Corporation (CLC) selected Australian group Daisy Green to operate cafés at Queen’s Park, Golders Hill Park, Parliament Hill Lido and Parliament Hill Fields, which manages Hampstead Heath as a charity.
