A couple have blasted Ryanair after they ended up on the wrong flight and faced a desperate dash to get on the plane they were meant to be on.
Simon Robinson, 57, and his wife Michelle, 59, said they only realised they had boarded the wrong aircraft when other passengers told them they were in the wrong seats.
It came after the pair had been allowed through the boarding gate at Manchester Airport, with Simon describing the incident as "concerning" because they "could have been anyone".
