A couple who were refused a mortgage because one of them uses the 'Mx' pronoun are celebrating after 'standing their ground' and persuading the bank to amend their decision.
Ruth Sabini-Roberts and her wife G, who are aged 40 and 43, filed a complaint with lender Halifax after being told their system didn't acknowledge the non-binary title.
According to the Mirror, G uses full name Mx G C Sabini-Roberts on their both their bank account and driving licence.
