According to Rightmove’s sales information, properties in Widnes had an overall average price of £190,775 over the last year. Semi-detached properties made up the majority of sales in the last 12 months, selling for an average price of £198,093.
Terraced properties sold for an average of £130,635, with detached properties fetching £338,169. Overall, sold prices in Widnes over the last year were 2% down on the previous year and 10% up on the 2018 peak of £173,858.
Named Holyrood, the home is found at the end of a paved circular driveway, secluded behind a gated entrance. Images of the grounds show that there are plenty of mature trees and fields.
