Councillors vote to cut hours at recycling centres and bring in booking scheme

Councillors have agreed to a reduction in the opening hours at West Lothian’s Community Recycling Centres (CRCs) from September.

They have also given the go-ahead for an online booking system will also be in place for all vehicles entering the CRCs – similar to the system currently used for vans and trailers.

The decision was approved by Council Executive today.
