A much-loved former leisure facility in Derry has gone up for sale, again.
Lisnagelvin Leisure Centre in the hear of the Waterside has been closed since 2015 and has laid derelict ever since.
Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC) are now seeking expressions of interest for the redevelopment of the site.
It's understood that the local authority has a preference to redevelop the site into a mixed-use commercial development and expects offers to be in excess of £600,000.

A deadline for applicants to make their offers has been set until noon on December 14. Major Northern Ireland estate agent, Lisney, is dealing with the sale of the 2.76-acre site.
In a statement, Lisney said: "DCSDC’s vision for the Site is that it will have a vibrant mixed-use and that the development will contribute to the creation of sustainable and well-paid employment, thereby ensuring alignment with the overall vision to create ‘a thriving, prosperous and sustainable City and District with equality of opportunity for all’.
"Shortlisted tenderers will be expected to be able to bring forward feasible and viable proposals that seek to maximise the economic development potential of the Site and promote job creation opportunities."
