Council aims to seize control over Euston redevelopment to ensure HS2's arrival rewards residents

A council is seeking new powers over the redevelopment around Euston station as payback for a decade of “disruption, destruction and uncertainty” caused by HS2.

Camden council wants the Government to let it establish a “locally led” development corporation to lead and co-ordinate the vast changes planned for the area over the next 20 years.
