Cost of living: HMRC tax refund could pay your energy bills for two years

The ongoing cost of living crisis is a huge worry for millions of households up and down the country. Rising prices on food, energy, petrol, and just about everything else are leading to families struggling to cope with bills that are going through the roof.

People are looking for every little tool to help them get through the next few months. Sacrifices to basic living essentials, such as daily meals, heating and travel, are what many are having to consider in a bid to reduce expenditure.
