Tesco customers are being asked to spend their vouchers ahead of their looming expiration date.
Thousands of Clubcard vouchers worth approximately €1 million will expire on May 21. These vouchers were originally issued to customers in March 2021.
Shoppers are told to check their Tesco Ireland app ahead of the deadline to see if they still have these vouchers on file. All Clubcard vouchers are accessible via the app.

The grocery retailer has launched a survey on money habits in recent weeks. The research found that three quarters of Tesco customers easily misplace their money-off vouchers.
Tesco Ireland's Customer Director Cathal Nealy said: "With nearly €1 million worth of Clubcard vouchers to be claimed before May 21st, we’re calling on customers to check their pockets, old envelopes, and their Tesco Ireland app, because there might be money to be found. And let’s face it, every little win counts!”
Customers who have approximately 150 Clubcard points can have their rewards turned into vouchers. People also have the option of donating their voucher to Tesco's charity partner, Children's Health Foundation.
Tesco previously confirmed it was reducing its bread prices by 10 percent as cost of living concerns mount. The reduction, also implemented by other Irish retailers, followed government criticism over high grocery prices in Irish supermarkets.
