High street brand COS has been on our shopping list for quite some time. It's always been a good source for statement minimalist pieces and no, that's not an oxymoron. Now others are starting to take notice. It helps that COS began putting together actual runway shows with covetable clothing and production values that rival the big fashion houses. Just look at the latest The Lyst Index for proof. The quarterly report announced that COS managed to snag the number six spot on its Hottest Brands list. Beating out Bottega Veneta, The Row, Chloe and Alaïa in the process. This achievement inspired us to check out COS' Summer 2025 must-haves.
Part of the reason COS scored so well is the fact that its barrel-leg trousers are the sixth most in-demand item according to The Lyst Index. Our mission is clear. We're on the hunt for the brand's next breakout products. Fortunately or unfortunately depending on your viewpoint, there's plenty to choose from. Take the barrel-leg jeans in a seasonal light pink hue. A little intimidated by the voluminous silhouette? Try the wrap-front jumpsuit or cotton shorts. Layered dresses are also on an upward trajectory so COS' Layered Striped Trapeze Shirt Dress and its Layered Peplum Midi Dress will surely sell out. Same goes for its twisted lineup that features silver and gold jewelry along with a strappy linen-blend tank top. Then there are the retailer's sleek kicks which are already becoming limited.
