Helen Flanagan has revealed her two daughters still sleep in her bed as she shared her parenting tips and advice.
The former Coronation Street actress, shares three children with footballer Scott Sinclair. However, Helen has admitted that while her one-year-old son Charlie is able to sleep in his own room, her daughters Matilda, seven, and Delilah, four, still share her bed.
During a question and answer session with fans on Instagram, Helen, 31, updated her followers on her sleeping arrangements. According to the Mirror, one fan asked: "Did any of your babies wake you up multiple times a night? If so, what helped you?"

Responding to the message, Helen said: " Charlie has a great routine now, bed at seven and he sleeps through in his cot - wakes up at seven and naps at one.
"I haven't had the waking up in the night but Charlie is my only baby that wanted to sleep on his own. The girls still sleep with me after me doing their room up so lovely for them."
It isn't the first time Helen has discussed her and her children's bedroom routine. Back in May, the soap star revealed she hasn't shared a bed with her fiancé Scott for the last seven years - following the birth of their eldest daughter Matilda.
In a lengthy post, Helen explained: "I've always co-slept with Charlie and the breastfeeding went hand in hand. I'm doing my house up at the moment (hence why most of my pics are taken in the lounge area as I haven't got round to the rest).
"One of my next jobs is mine and Scott’s room and after seven years it would be nice as a couple to actually share a bed and not feel like flatmates. I’ve always just co slept with the kids out of easiness and just basically so I can sleep and just function in the morning."
