Coronation Street will finally expose a shocking secret on the ITV soap on Friday night it seems, as a decision leads to a huge and devastating discovery.
Fans know that Abi Franklin and Imran Habeeb had a secret fling on the show in September, and last month Abi gave birth.
She had no idea she was six months pregnant until she went into labour, and gave birth to her premature baby boy Alfie - who remains in hospital.
Since then, Abi's ex Kevin Webster and Imran's partner Toyah Battersby have remained in the dark about their fling, and the truth about Alfie's paternity.
Both of them have been helping Abi in her fight to get custody of her baby son, after the local authority solicitor suggested the child should be taken into care.
But a decision Imran makes on Friday night ahead of his own hearing with Toyah, regarding their hopes to adopt little Elsie, leads to possible chaos.
Judging by the spoilers for Monday's episode, it seems Friday's hour-long episode will see the baby secret finally come to light, causing devastation.
It all kicks off when Imran gets his name written on Alfie's birth certificate, in his bid to prove to Abi he wants to be there for his son.
After registering Alfie's birth, Abi takes the certificate and paperwork in an envelope back home - but on the way, she bumps into Toyah.
Toyah sees the envelope and worries that addict Abi is back on drugs, so she tells Kevin to keep an eye on her.
When Abi leaves the package unattended, he comes across it and decides to open it - fearing it could be drugs.
He goes snooping and finds the birth certificate, but he is rocked to see that it states Imran is Alfie's father.
He soon confronts Abi about it, but fans will have to stay tuned to find out what she says and what happens next.
Either way, it appears the truth comes out at some point, as on Monday Toyah is heartbroken as she reels from Abi and Imran's betrayal.
