Coronation Street star Alexandra Mardell has spilled all on her wedding plans, and her possible next roles ahead of her exit from the ITV soap.
The Emma Brooker actress bows out of the show next week after four years in the role, with her exact exit being kept under wraps.
It's teased the fan favourite could end up in prison, as the truth about Ted's death comes to light.
Whether Emma will be forced to flee or will get her happy ending with love interest Jon remains to be told, as fans will see the scenes play out next week.
Speaking to The Mirror and other press, actress Alexandra has revealed all on her looming wedding to her partner Joe Parker.
While she didn't go into too much detail, she did discuss her hopes for new roles in other projects after ending her time at Corrie.
She teased she was pretty busy and getting stuck into auditions again, so it seems we might see her on our screens again soon.
Alexandra explained: "It’s a lot busier than I initially thought. I love it every time I get a new audition through, the process of looking at the character and the part of what I’ve got to do.
"It’s really exciting, I’ve always loved the auditions in the past so it’s nice to get stuck back into it."
On her partner helping her out, she went on: "I'm lucky with Joe because he’s an actor as well, we've got our little system ready to go so we help each other out a bit.
"We always help each other, ‘what do you think of this? Should I try this?’ so it is really lucky we’ve got each other."
On wedding plans, she revealed: "Everything is going on all at once. I love that, it's very me, everything at once.
"My plans are a lot more successful than Emma’s were. We’ve still got over a year though, so we're taking a little step at a time but we’re very excited."
Alexandra also revealed she wasn't initially meant to stay on the soap for as long as she has, with her only given a six-month contract when she joined.
She told us: "My initial contract was only six months. For me that wasn't long enough, I was praying I could stick around for a bit longer."
