A coroner has criticised the US government for a lack of training provided to its employee Anne Sacoolas before the crash that killed Harry Dunn.
Anne Pember concluded the teenage motorcyclist died as a result of “injuries sustained during a head-on collision” with a car on the wrong side of the road outside RAF Croughton in Northamptonshire in August 2019.
