Former Coronation Street star Tracy Shaw broke down in tears as she revealed she went to A&E over the side effects of chemotherapy.

The 52-year-old - who was diagnosed with breast cancer in April - said she has been battling diarrhea and thrush as she detailed her devastating health decline.
