Coronation Street star Tina O'Brien appears to have revealed just one of the secrets behind her youthful appearance as she was seen working up a sweat in the gym as temperatures continued to soar across the country.
The actress, famed for playing Sarah Barlow in the ITV soap, was enjoying a day away from the cobbles where her character is currently facing the fallout from the reveal of her affair with Damon Hay by her young son Harry.
Tina headed to her local Champneys where she faced a tough workout in the sweltering heat. But she didn't let it stop her and the 39-year-old filmed herself doing some intense skipping after taking inspiration from elsewhere.

Tina typed alongside the video shared to her Instagram Story with her 510K followers: "Not quite up to @lauren.jumps [crying laughing emoji and love heart eyes emoji] but giving it a good go."
The soap star could be seen sporting a white workout bra, which showed off her impressively toned torso, with skintight patterned cycling shorts. She pulled her hair back out of her face so it didn't disrupt her jumping and put on her headphones to keep in focus.
And after getting sweaty in the gym, Tina then filmed herself heading to the empty indoor pool before heading home for a spot of sunbathing and reading in the garden. "Best day off ever," she simply wrote on her Instagram Story.
It comes weeks after Tina left her followers stunned as she shared a throwback snap of herself looking like sixties model Twiggy in a short blonde wig and brown crochet outfit. The mum-of-two, who has played Sarah in Corrie since 1999, shared the stunning snap on her Instagram and captioned it: "Throwback to when it was all about the teeny bopper magazines, pre-online content."
Her former co-star Catherine Tyldesley gasped: "Omg love!!!!" And Sally Carman, told her: "Stop it. Right now." ezachley123 praised: "Things is with you Tina this could've been taken last week or 15 years ago. You haven't aged."
Jodie Guest said: "You have not changed in the face 1 little bit." Terrytoll59 said: "Wow Tina you look like a swinging gal from the 60's." And Lissar123 told her: "Wowzers. How amazing do you look x"
And it wasn't the first time Tina's ageless looks got people talking. Her long stint in Weatherfield as Sarah has meant that viewers have also seen Tina grow up on-screen, despite a seven-year break from Corrie from 2008 to 2015, and seen her personal life change from welcoming her first child, Scarlett, with former co-star Ryan Thomas, to getting married to husband Adam Crofts and welcoming her second child.
And it won't be long until fans will see Tina celebrate another milestone- turning 40! The star, from Rusholme, took to Instagram back in April where she shared some new headshots of herself which showed off her natural beauty.
"I'm turning 40 this year," she started the caption of her post. "Decided it's time to update my seriously outdated headshots for Spotlight. A massive thank you to @neilson_photo_actors I’m absolutely over the moon with them.
"I was quite nervous going to the shoot, it’s been quite a time since I’ve done anything like this. Colin is such a lovely, warm, chatty guy. He put me at ease the second I met him, genuinely feel like I’ve known him for years!!"
Tina then clarified: "This isn’t an advert I’m just super pleased. Thank you so much Colin you really understand what an actor is looking for in their headshot and I just think your lighting is heaven."
And it wasn't long before the mum-of-two was being flooded with compliments from her co-stars, friends and fans with many in disbelief over her age. Former Corrie star Brooke Vincent said: "Still look 21," while Catherine, who played Eva Price in the soap, was once again in the comment, writing: "Babe!!! 40?!?! You still look 13!!! [crying laughing emojis] gorgeous xxxxx."
Jane Danson, who plays Leanne Battersby in the ITV soap said: "Absolutely gorgeous T . Maybe its time i did mine! Im 45 this year and mine are a 23 year old me in black and white." Shona Platt actress Julia Goulding commented: "Fabulous T. So beautiful."
