Coronation Street star Tina O'Brien has shared how her daughter's latest TV appearance left her in tears. The actress, who is known for playing Sarah Barlow in the ITV soap, is a proud mum to daughter Scarlett Thomas.
The teen, whom Tina shares with former partner and ex-co-star Ryan Thomas, made her acting debut last year in the reboot of Waterloo Road alongside her actor uncle Adam Thomas and cousin Teddy. She has since returned to screens in the latest series which sees Izzy Charles continue to navigate the loss of her mum, Chlo Charles.
In one of the latest scenes in the school-based BBC One drama, Izzy was seen emotionally paying tribute to her late mum who tragically died hours after being knocked down by a car outside the school amid a student protest.
