Stu Carpenter is rushed to hospital as his secret is exposed on Coronation Street next week.
Viewers watched last week as Stu visited his daughter Bridget for the first time in years, though it wasn't a happy reunion.
He previously alluded to the reason why she is scared of him and no longer speaks to him, with Stu telling his daughter: "I didn't hurt that girl."
It's not yet clear who or what Stu is referring to, though it's all revealed this week - leading Yasmin to break up with him.
Next week, Kelly is disgusted over what she's read on social media about Stu and Zeedan returns from his holiday.
Alya brings her brother up to date on what's happened and admits she's worried about the effect the bombshell is having on Yasmeen.
However, Kelly vows to get Stu's side of the story and as she and Aadi go looking for him, they find him lying drunk in the streets and barely conscious.
Aadi rings for an ambulance and at the hospital, Kelly is told that Stu is awake and she readies herself to ask some tough questions about his past.
Yasmeen visits Stu in hospital but is unwilling to hear him out and, feeling at his worst, Stu is convinced that Kelly is better off without her.
He barks at Kelly that she's a nuisance and isn't welcome anymore, prompting the upset teen to leave.
Later in the week, Alya leaves to go on holiday and Zeedan is left to keep an eye on their gran.
As Stu finally leaves hospital, he turns up at Speed Daal to speak to Yasmeen but is swiftly sent packing by Zeedan.
She later arrives at No. 6 and finds Stu retrieving his watch from his old room. He refuses to leave until she's heard the truth, but Yasmeen secretly dials Zeedan.
Her grandson bursts into the house with Craig, who arrests Stu for breach of the peace.
