Coronation Street's Sam Aston and his wife, Briony Gardner, said their daughter's name has close sentimental ties to both of their families.
Coronation Street star Sam Aston, 29, has opened up about what it's been like to welcome the latest addition to his family. Two months ago, Sam and his wife, Briony, 27, welcomed their daughter Daisy less than two years after their first child, Sonny.
In an interview with OK! Magazine, the television actor said there is sentimental meaning behind Daisy's name as it ties both his and Briony's family together. He said: "We’ve always liked it. It was one of the only names we both agreed on."
