Former Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas has left fans in stitches after sharing a clip of an EastEnders icon taking a nap in his car.
The actor, best known for his portrayal as Jason Grimshaw on the cobbles, told his Instagram followers he was headed to London when a fellow soap star asked for a lift. EastEnders' 'Dean Gaffney is said to have told Ryan he'd "keep him company" on the journey.
But before long the Robbie Jackson star was snoring away, leaving Ryan with nobody to chat to.

After parking the car, Ryan decided to film Dean fast asleep - with his mouth open - and share it on Instagram. Captioning the post, he said: "'Can I get a lift back to London?' he says... 'I’ll keep you company' he says! @deangaffney1".
Taking to the comments section, former Love Island star Joshua Ritchie said: "Hahahahhaha I’m dead hahahah, at least he gets back to you @ryanthomas84 trying get hold of him for weeks" [sic]. Fans were also loving the clip.
Jayne Martin said: "This is too funny", while Laura Briggs said: "Brilliant [laughing emojis]". Charlotte said: "This is hilarious".
Dean Gaffney, 44, starred in EastEnders between 1993 and 2015. The 44-year-old is a dad of two and recently became a grandfather.
He is due to star in an upcoming crime film, Billy.
