Coronation Street 's Daniel Brocklebank has found love again with a hunky policeman after splitting from his former co-star.
The 43-year-old actor, who plays vicar Billy Mayhew on the long-running ITV soap, is dating police officer and musician Jordan Coulthard, and their relationship was revealed by his friend - and former EastEnders icon - Cheryl Fergison.
Daniel was pictured with a number of famous soap stars including his Corrie co-star Samia Longchambon, at the Lytham Festival over the weekend, and Cheryl shared a sweet snap of them posing while enjoying the festivities.
“Met some Corrie pals, @tonymaudsley1 @danielbrocklebank and his fella @_coulthard what an eve x,” the actress, who played Heather in the BBC One soap.
Jordan also shared photos of him with his new fella’s famous pals, and uploaded a snap of him with Samia on Instagram, as he joked he had been doing her hair for her while at the festival.
“Sorted your fringe out a few times love @samia_longchambon,” he captioned the picture, prompting Samia to reply: “You did a great job #fringewatch.”
Jordan is also a budding musician, and he told his followers on social media he was “taken aback” when Cheryl confessed to being a fan of his music.
“As an EastEnders fan, It was lovely to meet @cherylfergison1 however, I was taken aback when she told me she was a fan of me and my music!? Goodness. Thank You! Much Love!” he gushed.
It’s not known how long Daniel and Jordan have been dating, but they have been liking each other’s posts on Instagram since the beginning of the year.
Before meeting Jordan, Daniel dated his Coronation Street co-star Rob Mallard, and the pair were smitten with each other after meeting on the set of the ITV soap in 2016.
They dated for a few months, and Rob, who played Ken Barlow’s son Daniel Osbourne, even dedicated his win at the British Soap Awards to his boyfriend.
“Even though this is fantastic, Dan, you’re the best thing I’ve ever taken home,” he sweetly said on stage.
The couple split in 2017, and Daniel went on to date Stuart Hatton, but they parted ways in 2019.
