Fans have spotted a huge error in one of Coronation Street's current storylines.
In scenes which are yet to air on the long-running soap, Daisy will be seen comforting Ryan Connor, who has started to feel unwell, as he struggles to come to terms with the horrifying acid attack he endured.
The waiter-turned-DJ was left with burns to his face and arm after he stepped in and saved ex-Daisy when her stalker hurled acid at her on the day of her wedding.
He suffered the blow when he first saw his injuries in the ITV soap and was told by the surgeon that he wasn't healing as well as they'd hoped and that he'd need a skin graft, reports Manchester Evening News.
He then suffered a further blow when his ex-girlfriend Alya Nazir let him down, stating that she was only interested in a friendship with him.
In an attempt to lift his spirits, Daisy invited Ryan's Ibiza club promoter pal Crystal to see him, but it later unravelled that she no longer had a job for him, and she also wasn't interested in him romantically.
Feeling guiltier than she did before, Daisy decided to message Ryan and pretend to be Crystal.
Viewers watched this storyline unfold on Monday night's episode when Ryan - alone in his flat, was overcome with a wave of pain and couldn't go out as planned - called Crystal.
Over in the Rovers pub, Daisy ignored the phone call, but when her phone rang again, her fiance Daniel urged her to give Ryan a callback.
But instead, the barmaid text Ryan pretending to be Crystal.
But Corrie fans wondered why Ryan hasn't cottoned on to one particular thing when he tries to call 'Crystal' who is supposed to be in Ibiza.
@CavoloChe tweeted: "When Ryan called Crystal the other day, did he not realise the ring tone wasn't any different to one, if he had called a mobile in Manchester? #Corrie."
@fay__no_filter asked: "Does Ryan not twig that when he calls "Crystal in Ibiza" he's not getting an international dialling tone?"
@chandler_the_minpin replied: "I know! That drove me mad too, it was the same when Jenny was trying to ring her ex who Stephen killed (can't remember his name) and he was supposed to be in Canada."
@chrissy.slattery commented: "And Chrystal doesn’t have a voicemail bizarrely."
The drama unfolds as Corrie star Charlotte Jordan who plays Daisy in the soap shared her snack of choice with her Instagram followers.
The actress, who plays Daisy Midgeley in the ITV soap, took to Instagram over the weekend as she enjoyed some downtime.
Charlotte, who joined Corrie in 2020 as Jenny Connor's former step-daughter, couldn't be seen in the snap.
She simply gave a glimpse of her attire as she appeared to chill on the sofa.
The soap star was sporting a pair of light denim jeans, which she left unbuttoned and folded down at the waist and teamed with a cream top. But resting on her lap was an opened, half-eaten bar of chocolate. While fans couldn't see what it was, Charlotte typed: "Fruit & Nut Supremacy."
