Coronation Street fans have been left sharing a complaint over the soap's latest scenes as Daisy Midgeley and Ryan Connor grew closer once more. During Monday night's trip to the cobbles (June 19), Daisy was encouraged to pay Ryan a visit by her fiancee Daniel Osbourne.
After hearing from Carla that Ryan is struggling, Daniel called at the flat and asked him why he has been refusing to see Daisy when they were such good friends, with the teacher completely unaware his fiancee shared a kiss with her pal after her stalker Justin Rutherford was jailed for the acid attack which left Ryan with life-changing injuries.
Thinking on his feet, Ryan told Daniel he has been in a dark place since he found out the truth about Crystal. Knowing the truth about the catfishing scandal, as it was Daisy behind the text messages, Daniel went back home and urged a guilty Daisy to pay Ryan a visit.
