Coronation Street fans have some questions over the "totally unrealistic" jobs of a number of Weatherfield residents.
A post in a Facebook group for Corrie lovers has received dozens of responses, after the original poster questioned the UK's hospital protocol. The soap fan - who lives in New Zealand - wanted to know why nurse Aggie Bailey has such a varied job role.
She said: "I don't know much about the hospitals in the UK but it looks like Aggie (the nurse) is everywhere. She was in the paediatric department when Oliver was in hospital, then the cardiology department when Tim had an appointment and now in maternity for Abi's baby.

"She tells a doctor off for telling Toyah about the baby but she is always snooping around and even saw images of the CCTV. Abi must be the only person in Weatherfield with a red jacket and conveniently left on the couch for Aggie to find."
Fellow soap fans were divided on the issue. Some suggested taking things with a pinch of salt, as it's not "real life". Others commented on other Corrie characters' career duties.
One woman said: "C’mon guys it’s a soap. It’s not exactly true to life. Sure Aggie gets around in the hospital… how else would we know all the comings and goings. Lighten up peeps. Enjoy the show"
Another said: "Aggie runs the hospital and Craig runs the police. They are the only nurse and policeman in Weatherfield so [they are] run off their feet. Also Daniel, trainee teacher, practically runs the high school and Imran is the only solicitor who specialises in everything…"
A third said: "Totally unrealistic, but that's soaps for you. Also nobody owns a kettle so they all have to go to Roy's for a brew".
Coronation Street airs at 8pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on ITV and the ITV Hub
