A self-catering holiday lodge resort in Cornwall has gone on the market with an asking price of £1,200,000.
Trewince Holiday Lodges, located on the southern tip of the Roseland Peninsula, has appointed specialist business property adviser Christie & Co to handle its sale.
The business, just outside of the village of Portscatho, is situated on 22 acre estate. The site currently features 44 privately owned lodges, which are held on the remainder of their 999 year leases, paying service charges to the site and RPI linked ground rents. In addition, there are 11 lodges currently operated on timeshare agreements.
