Corn price action is up 4 to 5 cents so far on Tuesday. Futures closed out the Monday session with contracts down ½ cent in nearby December, steady in other front months and fractionally to a penny higher in the deferreds. Open interest suggested a rotation of ownership, down just 853 contracts. The CmdtyView national average Cash Corn price was down ¼ cent at $4.59 3/4.
USDA reported a private export sale of 129,540 MT of corn to Mexico on Monday morning, all for 26/27 shipment.
