Corn Holding Steady on Tuesday

CmdtyView Export Inspections USDA

Corn futures are trading with contracts steady to fractionally mixed at midday. The CmdtyView national average Cash Corn price is unch at $4.43 1/2.

USDA’s weekly Export Inspections report tallied corn export shipments at 1.302 MMT (51.26 mbu) during the week ending on October 8. That was down 7.2% from the week prior but 7.57% above the same week last year. Mexico was the top destination of 466,356 MT, with 277,161 MT headed to Japan and 274,744 MT to South Korea. Marketing year exports for 2026/27 are 8.44 MMT (332.55 mbu), which is now 5.32% above the same period last year.
