Munster rivals Cork and Kerry go head-to-head in a vital Group One contest this afternoon.
The Rebels gave themselves a great chance of progressing to the knockout stage of the All-Ireland series with a hard-earned win two-point over Louth in Navan.
However, they face a huge step up in class today as they welcome the defending All-Ireland champions to Páirc Uí Chaoimh.
Jack O’Connor’s side suffered a 1-19 to 0-17 loss to Mayo in Killarney in round one and need to return to winning ways to get their All-Ireland defence back on track.
The Kingdom lost out to Cork in the 2020 All-Ireland Championship, but have been comfortable winners in the two subsequent Munster Championship meetings between the teams.
