Dozens of police officers, along with construction crews, have reportedly been stationed at the couple's rumored wedding venue, Madison Square Garden, throughout the week as temperatures climbed during one of the hottest stretches of the year. The decision to hold the event over the Fourth of July weekend has reportedly added to officers' frustration.
