NEW DELHI: Former Indian cricketer Robin Uthappa believes that implementing a cooling-off period for retired Indian players aiming to participate in overseas T20 leagues would be both "uncomfortable and unfair."
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has been contemplating the idea of introducing a cooling-off period, which would impose a delay before players could join overseas leagues after retiring. However, an official decision on this matter is yet to be reached.
